What: Voters in Cypress go to the polls to decide on a referendum that, if approved, would allow the rezoning of 75 acres next to Los Alamitos Race Course for development of a Cypress Business and Professional Center, which would include office buildings and a hotel.
When to vote: Polls are open from 7 a.m. to 8 p.m.
