Ex-Commodore Vs. Commodores: Milan Williams, one of the original members of the Commodores, is suing three current members, accusing them of conspiracy to fire him and deny him his share of the singing group’s profits. Williams alleged in the Los Angeles Superior Court suit that the group kicked him out without cause last July. He is seeking $150,000 in compensatory damages and unspecified punitive and exemplary damages. The group at one time included singer Lionel Richie.
