VENTURA : Landscaper Wins $20,000 in Big Spin

A 36-year-old Ventura man Saturday won $20,000 in the Big Spin, officials said.
Bill Fuller, a landscaper and maintenance worker, won the money in Sacramento after buying a $1 scratch ticket, said Sherrie Moffet, a California State Lottery spokeswoman.
Fuller said he will use the money to pay his bills and for his daughters’ educations.
