College and Its Eviction of Tenants
What the City Council approved did not best implement the general plan or consider the special needs of the Arbol Verde neighborhood. The adopted zoning designation paved the freeway for Claremont McKenna College to do what they know is best for themselves and therefore everyone. Arbol Verde’s future as a neighborhood should have been long and prosperous.
