Budget Woes for Los Angeles
Mayor Tom Bradley wants to add a new tax on parking (April 21). At the same time he wants the council to find funds to subsidize Third World pollution. During these times of a severe money crunch how can anyone ask the taxpayers to provide funds for offshore countries when we have such pressing local needs?
There is some form of idiocy here.
