Jerzy Grotowski, the internationally known drama theoretician, will give a free lecture entitled “Ensemble Since Stanislavsky” on June 3 at UC Irvine’s Fine Arts Concert Hall. The Polish-born Grotowski, who is based in Italy, heads UCI’s Focused Research Program in Objective Theatre and spends part of each year on the UCI campus.
