ABC Prime-Time Lineup: ABC’s cult soap opera “Twin Peaks,” the Vietnam War tale “China Beach” and the new musical police drama, “Cop Rock,” are expected to be in the 1990-91 prime-time lineup scheduled for release today, barring a last-minute change, a network source said Sunday. The future of “Twin Peaks” and “China Beach,” both critically acclaimed but with borderline ratings, has been a matter of speculation.
