Marla Maples Finds Job: Marla Maples, the “other woman” in the marital split between Donald J. and Ivana Trump, will be the spokeswoman for No Excuses Jeans, it was disclosed. Maples will take the job once held by Donna Rice, whose reported romance with Gary Hart helped end his 1988 presidential bid, and TV entertainer Joan Rivers, said Laura Finnerty, a spokeswoman for New Retail Concepts, manufacturer of No Excuses Jeans. A formal announcement of Maples appointment will be made today at a news conference. Maples, a Georgia-born beauty and aspiring actress, has had experience as an advertising model and bit role player in Hollywood films. Finnerty declined to say how much Maples’ salary will be.
