Yorba Linda Cyclist Hit, Killed by Car

YORBA LINDA — A Yorba Linda bicyclist was fatally injured Tuesday when he was struck by a car, police said.
Charles Randall Bright, 61, was pronounced dead at the scene after being struck by a car driven by Julie Schaefer, 18, of Yorba Linda, police said.
No citation was issued pending an investigation of the accident, which occurred at 3:50 p.m. at the intersection of Village Center Drive and Via Marwah, police said.
