Philadelphia lawyer Martin Krimsky was approved to oversee the estate of Loyola Marymount basketball star Hank Gathers, who died shortly after collapsing during a basketball game March 4.
Krimsky was appointed general administrator of the estate by probate Commissioner Robert Blaylock at the request of Marva Crump, the mother of Gathers’ 6-year-old son, Aaron Crump.
