Diamond Bar : Hotel Vote Postponed
The City Council on Tuesday postponed voting on a hotel and commercial center project and sent the plan back to the Planning Commission to work out concerns about traffic circulation and street access, Assistant Planning Director Rob Searcy said.
Cahan/Crisell Properties, an Escondido-based commercial development firm, wants to build a 135-room Fairfield Inn Hotel, two retail buildings and two restaurants on 7.5 acres north of the Pomona Freeway and east of Brea Canyon Road.
The property now is used for storage and recreational vehicle sales.
