ORANGE TICKET: The GOP ticket this fall (A36) will feature Newport Beach’s Marian Bergeson for lieutenant governor, Huntington Beach’s Wes Bannister for insurance commissioner and, for attorney general, Dan Lungren, a former congressman whose district included Seal Beach. . . . Says Ken Khachigian, a former speech writer for Ronald Reagan: “It’s not going to be long before you see a (Republican) gubernatorial candidate from Orange County.”
