Brian Quinn and Wes Wade each had a goal and an assist as the San Diego Sockers defeated the Baltimore Blast, 6-4, to win the Major Indoor Soccer League championship series, four games to two.
The victory gave the Sockers their sixth MISL title and marked the fourth time--and the second consecutive year--they have beaten Baltimore in the championship series.
