Atlanta Falcon linebacker Aundray Bruce will be assigned to pick up trash along highways the next three Saturdays as part of a community service requirement imposed by the courts.
Bruce, the NFL’s No. 1 draft choice in 1988, failed to show last weekend for a charity golf event, one of his assignments under the community service program.
Bruce was placed on probation in April after he pleaded no contest to one count of disorderly conduct for allegedly threatening a pizza deliveryman with a BB gun.
