Gas Prices Lower: Gasoline prices in mid-June were down 0.42 cents a gallon from the week before, the Lundberg Survey reported. The average price per gallon at 13,000 stations nationwide was $1.1768. Trilby Lundberg said the reduced prices were the result of lower wholesale prices.
