One man was killed and another received minor injuries early Tuesday when they both ran into the path of an oncoming car.
The accident occurred shortly after midnight in the 300 block of North Harbor Boulevard, police said.
Witnesses told police that the two men were threatened by another man waving a gun at them while in a nearby club, and they ran outside and into the street.
