Speed-the-Peace-Pipe: Hollywood, target of the David Mamet comedy “Speed-the-Plow,” has been offered the olive branch by South Coast Repertory, which is presenting the play. Members of film-related unions will receive a free ticket with each one purchased for today’s and Tuesday’s performances.
