Police say the son of former pro football quarterback Gary Cuozzo was involved in a cocaine deal when he was robbed, murdered and dumped in a public park.
The body of Gary Cuozzo Jr., 22, of College Park, Md., was identified by police Tuesday, a day after the narcotics deal and murder in which two young men were arrested.
The elder Cuozzo played for the Baltimore Colts, Minnesota Vikings, New Orleans Saints and St. Louis Cardinals in the 1960s and ‘70s.
