The car’s license number had been listed by the Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department in connection with a felony.

The pair is suspected of robbing Columbia Market at 1425 E. Nadeau St. in South-Central Los Angeles on July 7, Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Deputy Darrell Griffith said.

Two men entered the store, and one of them went to the back, where he picked up a six-pack of beer and a box of detergent, Griffith said.

The second man walked behind the cashier’s counter and shoved the clerk, who hit a wall and suffered minor injuries, Griffith said.

The robber took $150 from the cash register, and the two men fled, Griffith said.
