4.6 Quake Jolts Iran

NICOSIA, Cyprus —
An earthquake with a magnitude of 4.6 shook a town in Iran’s oil-rich province of Khuzistan on Saturday, the second to hit the area in four days.
The official Iranian news agency IRNA said the tremor was centered 280 miles southwest of Tehran, near the town of Andimeshk. It did not report any casualties or damage.
An earthquake registering 5.2 jolted Khuzistan’s capital of Ahvaz on Wednesday, causing panic among residents.
