The Long and Winding Road Trip Ends: Paul McCartney closed out his 102-concert world tour in Chicago on Sunday, and declared that he was pleased with the tour and his life. “I’m really happy. I’ve got a great family, a great band, and we seem to be selling some tickets,” McCartney said before the show at Soldier Field, where he played to a sold-out crowd of 53,000. The former Beatle played to about 2.8 million people during the 10-month tour.
