ROAD NOTES
Caltrans plans the following closures on area freeways this week:
The San Rafael Avenue off-ramp of the Ventura Freeway (134) will be closed today in Pasadena from 8 a.m. to 9:30 a.m.
One lane of the eastbound Foothill Freeway (210) will be closed today from the San Gabriel on-ramp to Madre Street in Pasadena from 10 a.m. to 11 a.m.
One lane in the westbound Glendale Freeway (2) will be closed Monday at the Los Angeles River in Glendale from 9:30 a.m. to 1 p.m.
