Paris Trout Upstream: Dennis Hopper, Barbara Hershey and Ed Harris will star in Viacom Pictures’ “Paris Trout,” it was announced Thursday. The film, which starts shooting next week, is based on the 1988 National Book Award-winning novel by Pete Dexter about the murder of a young black girl in Georgia.
