Claremont : Botanic Garden Gets Grant
Rancho Santa Ana Botanic Garden has received a $75,000 grant from the Institute of Museum Services to renovate the riparian woodland habitat.
Riparian habitats are associated with streams, rivers and creeks, and support a wide range of plant and animal species.
The garden’s existing stream bed will be realigned and trees will be planted in the flood plain.
