Blue Cross of California named H.W. (Pete) Marston to the newly created post of executive vice president for group services, in which he will oversee the Woodland Hills-based health insurer’s group insurance programs.
Marston previously was senior vice president in charge of group life, health and special risk programs at The Hartford, an insurance unit of ITT Corp.
