Look Who’s Suing: Actress Connie Sellecca is suing Columbia Pictures Television and producer Ed. Weinberger for $1.5 million, claiming she was forced out of the new ABC television series “Baby Talk.” The Superior Court lawsuit filed Tuesday in Los Angeles says Weinberger yelled at Sellecca and vowed to ensure that she would never work for NBC or ABC again. Before she was fired, Sellecca had been doing promotion work for the show, which is based on the hit movie “Look Who’s Talking.” No replacement for Sellecca has been announced; the series is still scheduled to debut this fall.
