‘Ben-Hur’ Is Back: “Ben-Hur,” which holds the record for most Academy Awards won by a single film, will be re-released in a restored 70mm print opening Sept. 14 at Hollywood’s Pacific Cinerama Dome. Engagements in other cities around the country will follow, according to an MGM spokesman who said the film is being presented by the Turner Entertainment Co. Filmed in 1958, it cost $15.9 million. Today its budget would probably be more than $100 million.
