Promoters of Santa Ana’s proposed arena plan to build a replica of a suite in an office building, then dazzle prospective buyers with computer-simulated views of the arena floor. . . . And such a deal for early buyers: $50,000 to $75,000 a year to lease a suite, if you act fast. Those who wait for a pro team to appear will have to pay more, a spokesman warns.
