Lawyer Choice for CIA Job

WASHINGTON —
President Bush announced Monday that he is nominating Washington lawyer Frederick Porter Hitz to fill the new position of CIA inspector general. Hitz, 50, served as legislative counsel to the director of the CIA from 1978 to 1982.
