TEEN TRANSIT: Most fans of the immensely popular New Kids on the Block are too young to drive, so the Pacific Amphitheatre is making unusual preparations for the singers’ sold-out appearances Wednesday and Thursday. . . . Parents driving their teens and preteens to the theater will be admitted free to the “parents room,” where they can wait out the concert. Those just dropping off the kids will be waved up to the gates, then given free parking when they return for the pickup.
