CLIPBOARD : Airline Performance: January-June

During the first six months of the year, eight in 10 departures and arrivals occurred on time at John Wayne Airport. Of the nine commercial airlines serving the airport, USAir had the best arrival record, with 86.8% of its flights appearing on time. Alaska Airlines had the best departure record; 92% of its flights left here on schedule. American Airlines and USAir continued their dominance of airport traffic, accounting for 59% of all takeoffs and landings. Here’s a comparison of all the airlines:
