ENCORE: President Bush is coming back to the county on Oct. 26--his third visit this year--to campaign for Pete Wilson, events in the Persian Gulf permitting. GOP strategist Ed Rollins met Wednesday in Newport Beach to plan the $500-a-person breakfast, sponsored by Donald Bren and George Argyros. . . . The group wants to target under-40 Republicans for a get-out-the-vote effort. Insiders say this group is critical to Wilson’s chances.
