School Property Sale
One of the finest school districts in Orange County and in California is the Los Alamitos school district. It is our hope that the high standards are maintained, and it appears that the only way it can be realized is through the sale of surplus school property.
We in the Los Alamitos district voted for Measure K to maintain the present schools and improve the facilities, but with present state budget reductions and the need to stay outstanding in educating our children, we must rely on our school board to obtain the funds to do so.
To sell the surplus property in the school district is the only recourse visible. To this end we must all put away our personal desires and support our elected school board.
