Gas Prices Rise 6 Cents Per Gallon: Pump prices rose an average of 6 cents a gallon in the past two weeks to $1.44.20, including taxes, according to the Lundberg Survey taken Friday at 13,500 stations nationwide. At self-serve pumps, the average price of regular leaded gasoline, including taxes, was $1.30.59 per gallon; for unleaded, $1.33.56 per gallon; and for premium unleaded, $1.49.95 per gallon. Since the Iraqi invasion of Kuwait on Aug. 2, the average price of gasoline has climbed 26 1/2 cents a gallon.
