Bradley’s Travels

With the ever increasing problems that plague Los Angeles, such as the homeless, gangs, the drug traffic that runs rampant on our streets and schools, the insufficient police allocations, the insufferable housing conditions for the poor, the jammed freeways and the pathetic treatment of the aged, it is superfluous to even attempt to justify Tom Bradley’s excessive travel under the pretense of stimulating foreign trade and enticement of foreign travel to Los Angeles.
