NBC News News: Over at NBC, in another “Today” show change, Los Angeles-based correspondent Heidi Schulman has been fired after 17 years on the air. Schulman’s contract with the network, whose morning show has been running a distant second to ABC’s “Good Morning America” ever since Deborah Norville replaced Jane Pauley last year, expires at the end of November.
