Women in Men’s Locker Rooms

As I read Ludtke’s argument, I could see Procrustes smiling in vindication of his simple-minded system of achieving equality. Her approach is Procrustean in its attempt to fit the logic of democracy into the domain of biology.

I want to suggest that equal civil rights will not suffer if the sexes remain separate in locker rooms. Surely a less juvenile way can be found that allows reporters to get sports news on an equal basis.
