Here They Are: Peter Marshall, former host of TV’s “Hollywood Squares,” will play host at the first “Mrs. America/Mrs. USSR” beauty pageant to be taped Dec. 4 in Moscow for syndication in the United States early next year. Included in the pageant will be entertainment acts from the Soviet Union, but the main event is a beauty contest between 50 married American women and 50 married Soviet women. Two winners, a Mrs. America and a Mrs. USSR, will be crowned during the two-hour broadcast. David Z. Marmel, creator and president of “Mrs. America” and “Mrs. World” pageants, is executive producer of the show.
