Feathers Ruffled Over ‘Wings’: Two writers who claim that their ideas were used as the basis for the NBC series “Wings” are suing Paramount Pictures, NBC and a producer. In the suit, filed in Los Angeles Superior Court, writers Russell Scott and Mark Anderson claim that they sent story lines to Paramount in 1988 for “Fly by Knight,” a situation comedy based on an airline. The material was returned, they said, but not before it was allegedly opened and used as the basis for the show. A Paramount spokeswoman said that the studio had no comment on the suit.
