Street violence injured three people last weekend and a fourth person late Tuesday in northeast Los Angeles, police said.

Alonzo Dominguez, 21, of Atwater Village received a small puncture wound in the stomach late Friday after he turned away a drug dealer who was trying to sell him drugs, Los Angeles Police Detective Ron Whitt said.

Dominguez told police that he was talking to friends in the parking lot of the apartment building where he lives in the 3400 block of Drew Street when the incident occurred.

In another incident Friday night, Jose Mendoza, a 14-year-old gang member from Highland Park, was grazed by a bullet while he rode in a car headed south on Avenue 52 between the Pasadena Freeway and Figueroa Street.

The youth said he heard two shots from behind the car. One hit the rear windshield and the other hit him in the back of the head.

Early Saturday, Nelson Magana, 29, of Silver Lake was beaten and stabbed by two men after he stopped his car in the 1300 block of Lake Shore Terrace to check the tires.

Magana was bending down to see if he had a flat when two men approached him from behind. They struck him twice on the head and, as Magana got into his car, stabbed him in the left side.

Late Tuesday night, a fourth person was wounded in a drive-by shooting, police said.

Suspected gang member Keokhonsavahn Rattanachahn, 17, of Echo Park was at a family gathering when a car drove up to the front of the house and fired one shotgun blast through a window.
