College Football Report : Weekday Update : UCLA : Injuries Will Be Forgotten
Since USC will be the opponent Saturday at the Rose Bowl, UCLA Coach Terry Donahue said that most of his injured players will find a way to be in uniform for the game.
Donahue said that defensive end Mike Chalenski, who didn’t make the trip for the Washington game in Seattle because of a shoulder injury, will play--as will offensive tackle Derek Stevens and linebacker Arnold Ale, who have ankle injuries.
The status of defensive tackle Brian Kelly (pinched nerve in a shoulder) and offensive tackle Rick Fuller (knee injury) was uncertain.
