Naomi Judd, the older half of the mother-daughter country music duo the Judds, says her religion helps her live with hepatitis.

“I believe that you can reverse illnesses by putting yourself in the Lord’s hands,” she told People magazine in its Nov. 26 issue. “Miracles do happen, and I’m looking for one.”

Judd, 44, has chronic active hepatitis, a liver ailment that can be fatal.

She and her daughter, Wynonna, whose hits include “Mama, He’s Crazy” and “Grandpa,” recently attended a “prayer healing” at their church.

“We did some rockin’ and rollin’ . . . and I totally surrendered to God,” she said.

Judd has given up performing for now but said medical tests show she’s improving.
