Norma Ofiu’s sister, Anya Mikasobe, 30, told police that she witnessed the shooting in her Fullerton apartment. Mikasobe said her brother-in-law calmly shot her sister twice then walked away. Police later traced him to a motel in Buena Park, and they were preparing to arrest him when he shot himself in the head.
