Days of Wine and Rose: Axl Rose, lead singer of Guns N’ Roses, is seeking a restraining order against a woman he allegedly struck with a wine bottle last month. Rose, 28, asked a Superior Court judge Monday to prohibit his neighbor, Gabriela Kantor, from having any contact with him, his wife, Erin, or any visitors to their West Hollywood condominium. Rose was arrested Oct. 30 for investigation of assault after he allegedly struck Kantor on the head after she complained about his loud music. The rock star was jailed for four hours, then released on $5,000 bail. Prosecutors will decide on Nov. 29 whether to file criminal charges against him. Rose filed documents Monday contending that the Oct. 30 incident began with Kantor “banging incessantly and hysterically” on Rose’s door and then allegedly threatening him.
