A Peek Into ‘Peaks’: Even the most devoted “Twin Peaks” fans can find themselves in a quandary over what’s happening on the ABC series. But relief is on the way. An autobiography of Agent Cooper, featuring the transcripts of every tape recording he’s made since age 7, will soon be published, as will a “Twin Peaks Access Guide” with recipes for making doughnuts and other inside information on the Pacific Northwest world within a world. In January, the monthly Twin Peaks Gazette will make its debut, with clues and tidbits to pique Peakies’ interest for $39.95 a year.
