Orange County musicians of high school age are being recruited by the South Coast Symphony Youth Orchestra for a tour of Berlin in June, 1991. Led by Scott Speck, the orchestra is in residence at the Orange County High School of the Arts in Los Alamitos; orchestra membership requires enrolling at the high school.
