$3-Million Contract: Interstate Electronics Corp., an Anaheim subsidiary of Figgie International Inc., has been awarded a $3-million contract from a French electronics company to supply a tracking system component for use on French military test ranges.

Interstate will supply a translator processing system to Dassault Electronique of St. Claude, France. The system receives signals from Navstar positioning satellites and translates the data so the French military will be able to precisely track objects such as missiles.
