Stripers Continue to Be Active
Striped bass typically become active after a trout plant, but it has been almost a week since the last stocking, and the striper fishing has yet to slow.
Bob Hanley of Westchester, who fishes the Los Angeles County reservoir a few times a week, caught two stripers totaling 38 pounds on his most recent visit. Lancaster’s Eric Cole took a 14 1/2-pounder.
