ORANGE : Tree, Carols, Treats at Winter Fest ’90

Winter Fest ‘90, an outdoor celebration sponsored by the city’s Department of Community Services, will take place Sunday from 6 to 9 p.m. in the downtown Orange Plaza.

A tree-lighting ceremony will cap the festivities, which include community caroling, music, an elf workshop, food and crafts booths and a visit from Santa Claus.
