Rolling Hills 56, Notre Dame 54--G.C. Marcaccini had 23 points and 10 rebounds for Notre Dame (6-3) in a fifth-place semifinal.

Ventura 62, St. Bernard 59 (OT)--Larry Anter hit two free throws with 30 seconds remaining in overtime to lift Ventura (1-3) in the consolation bracket.

In regulation, Randy Martinez hit a pair of free throws with 11 seconds left to tie the score, 56-56, and St. Bernard missed a shot at the buzzer. St. Bernard also missed a three-point shot at the end of overtime.

Jon Seiler scored 20 points and Mike Ryken added 17 for Ventura.

Buena 71, Rio Mesa 66--Lance Fay scored a game-high 23 points to lead Buena (3-3) in a consolation-bracket game.

In other boys’ basketball games:

Thousand Oaks 96, Alemany 78--Chris Loll had 33 points and 10 rebounds to lead Thousand Oaks (2-0) into the championship of the Thousand Oaks tournament. Brian Capella had 19 points and seven assists and Dusty Lysobey had 18 rebounds for Thousand Oaks, which will play Nogales for the championship tonight at 8:15.

Nogales 81, Agoura 79--Sean Martin scored a school-record 49 points to lead Agoura (2-2) in the semifinals of the Thousand Oaks tournament. Martin, a 5-9 guard, is averaging 33 points a game.

Jeff Niemann scored 10 points for Agoura, which will play Alemany for third place tonight at 6:30.

Calabasas 88, Hueneme 80--Wendell Nunnery and Tony Smith scored 31 and 23 points, respectively, but Hueneme (3-5) fell in a consolation semifinal of the Thousand Oaks tournament.

Simi Valley 50, St. Anthony 42--Michael Crawford scored 18 points as Simi Valley (4-2) advanced to the semifinals of the Santa Barbara tournament.

Nordhoff 58, L.A. Baptist 55--Kevin Cochran scored a game-high 16 points to lead Nordhoff in a first-round game of the Sylmar tournament.

Santa Paula 62, Buckley 38--Santa Paula outscored Buckley, 43-9, in the second and third quarters in a first-round game of the Fillmore tournament.

WOMEN’S BASKETBALL

Riverside 107, Antelope Valley 70--Antelope Valley committed 43 turnovers and surrendered the second-highest point total in school history in the first round of the Canyons tournament.

Pierce 81, L.A. Trade Tech 68--Lisa Little scored 29 points and had five blocks and Yolanda Davidian scored 17 for Pierce, which won its fifth consecutive game.

Pierce led, 45-35, at halftime, went on an 8-0 run to start the second half, then extended its lead to as much as 23 points.

GIRLS’ BASKETBALL

Thousand Oaks 84, Quartz Hill 46--Michelle Palmisano scored a game-high 28 points and Melissa Wood added 17 for Thousand Oaks (7-1), which advanced to the title game of the Burroughs/Bell-Jeff tournament.
